All of our cocktails are unique in that they come from both a chef’s and a mixologist’s perspective. Maxi and Bizzle use each other's knowledge as a sounding board, and you can tell this when tasting the drinks.

One factor to consider is that if a flavour element is needed to take a drink somewhere, they will often just create it themselves with an in-house syrup or mixer. This means a lot of the drinks are produced using almost entirely Witch Kings products as ingredients

A Witch Kings Classic and for a reason - A smooth & sultry exploration of tang! Double Bohemian Dreams fuses with Pineapple, Lime, and home-made Hibiscus Syrup.


50ml Bohemian Dreams

25ml Witch Kings: Hibiscus Bartender Syrup

25ml Lime Juice

50ml Pineapple Juice

Drops of Angostura Bitters (optional)

Shaken and Fine Strain into a Martini Glass!

To garnish - drops of Angostura Bitters on the surface of the foam, glide with toothpick or mint stalk to create heart shapes!

Additionally, some dried hibiscus flowers can be placed on top beautifully.

The makings of Sunset Caipirinha

To be cultured is to embrace new flavours! Try our Sunset Caipirinha: Witch Kings were challenged to reinvent the Caipirinha for  a Brazilian festival, and so developed this Peach & Ginger twist on the classic mix of Cachaça, Lime & Sugar.

This is a Build! Pop every ingredient straight to the glass!


25ml Sunset Solstice

25ml Cachaca

37.5ml Lime Juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

1/2 Teaspoon White Sugar

Stir thoroughly!

Cap generously with crushed ice.

To garnish - dehydrated limes preferably, but we do welcome fresh limes!

Spice up your life! With our Blazing Wreck: Our Signature cocktail - originally created for Craft Rum Club, this variation on a Sour pairs Fires of the Wild with Spiced Rum and Lemon.


50ml Fires of the Wild

25ml Spiced Rum

12.5ml Lemon Juice

12.5ml Simple Syrup

Shaken and Dirty poured to a lowball glass,

To garnish - dehydrated orange! Or an orange peel!

50ml Antimatter

25ml Spiced Rum

25ml Coconut Cream

12.5ml Lemon Juice
